Guliakhali Sea Beach

 Guliakhali beach is one of the beautiful beaches of Bangladesh, located in Sitakunda, Chattogram, known locally as Muradpur beach.

Guliakhali beach is located in Sitakund Upazila of Chittagong district. To the local people, this beach is also known as 'Muradpur beach'. The distance from Sitakunda Bazar to Guliakhali Sea Beach is only 5 km. Nature has no reason to decorate the picturesque beautiful Guliakhali sea beach. On the one hand, the horizontal waters of the sea and the Kewa forest on the other hand make this beach unique. Around the canal flowing through the Kewa Forest, the breath of the Kwara tree can be noticed, much of this forest has gone deep into the sea. It can be found here, like the swamp forest and mangrove forests.

 Guliakhali beach is distinguished by the wide grass of green carpet. The open grass of the green grass along the sea will surely catch your eye. Naturally, the curved canal is awakened in this field of green grass along the beach. These drains fill the water during the tide. The green grass surrounding it and the small drainage water in it will impress anyone with this view. On the lesser-known beach, you will find a relaxed atmosphere as people are less crowded. Even if the sea is not so tropical or tropical, the serene atmosphere of this tranquil environment will catch you in a different way. Fishermen can sail the boat if they want. In order to fix the boat, you have to make a bid.

The open expanse of green grass by the sea is sure to catch your eye. In this field of green grass beside the beach, a curved ditch has naturally arisen. These drains fill up with water at high tide. The green grass all around and the water in the small drains in it will fascinate anyone. You will find a secluded environment on this little known beach. Even if there are not so many waves or roars of the sea, the secluded beach of this secluded environment will catch you in a different way. If you want you can go around the sea in a fisherman’s boat. In this case, you have to bargain to fix the boat.

There are many beautiful fields, you can take football if you want to make the moment memorable. You can also go around the sea by a fishing boat, you can go around for only 2000 Taka. If you want to camp, you can stay with the tent. It would be another amazing experience.

How to go there:

You can go to Sitakunda by bus from Olongkar Mor, A K Khan Mor or Kadamtali.

To reach Guliakhali from Sitakunda Bazar, one can go straight from the bottom of the Sitakunda bus stand bridge to the dam of Guliakhali beach with CNG. Up to Guliakhali Beach Dam, CNG will charge Tk. 30 per person, while reservation will be charged Tk. 150 – 200.

You can bargain for the rental amount. To return to Sitakunda from the beach, you can either hold the CNG driver’s number in advance or reserve it as you arrive. In the evening, many times CNG is not available.
